Payment
We accept most forms of card payment, BACS and cheque payments. For card payments you will be redirected to the banks secure server to process the payment and will be returned to our site when complete.
We do not release good untill payment has been made.
Minimum Order
We have a minimum order of £75, if you do not make your order up to £75 you will be charged a low order fee of £10.
Shipping
For details of our shipping please review our shipping page. If you have a UK offshore, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or Isle of Wight address you must choose the correct shipping method from the selection. If you do not we reserve the right to invoice you for the correct amount. We do not offer free shipping to offshore addresses even if the option appears during checkout.
Canceling orders
Any problems with your order please contact us. Orders are shipped the same day if they are in stock. If you need to return a faulty product please contact us and we will make arranagments for collection. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped and the products are not faulty you will receive a refund minus the cost incured for shipping and collection. If the products returned are not found to be faulty you could be liable for the return cost.
